Meet Kim Minasian Sparks
I’m a Principal Real Estate Broker and Rental Broker in Portland. I ease the stress that comes with relocation whether you’re moving from another city or already live in Portland. I’ve been working in Portland Real Estate for over 10 years and have been a rental broker for five. I’m very hands on and work with clients to guide them through every step of the process. I help clients build a sound financial portfolio while helping them find a comfortable and healthy space to retreat to, raise families of all shapes and sizes and share their lives with others. Homes are part of a larger community and building community one home and one family at a time is an amazing responsibility and heart-warming experience.
Meet Melissa Lunden
I’ve lived all over the United States and am proud to call Portland home. My love for this city, desire to have a job that directly helps clients, and a deep love of architecture led me to tenant placement and rental brokering. Many years ago Kim helped my family find our first rental in Portland, and then a year later, she helped us buy our first home. That experience shaped how I advocate for our clients. As someone who has moved quite a bit, I completely relate to the stress and anxiety that comes with trying to find a new home. The absolute best part of my job is in knowing that I am making the entire moving process less stressful for our clients. My polite but tenacious approach doesn’t hurt when it comes to working on behalf of our clients. My satisfaction comes from knowing that I have made someone’s life just a little bit easier.

The Pixie Project
The Pixie Project is a non-profit animal adoption center and rescue. They offer a variety of services to the public including but not limited to: pet adoption services, pet owner education and support and low cost and free spay and neuter, and veterinary services for homeless and low-income pet owners.
Call to Safety
Call to Safety provides a comprehensive 24/7 crisis line, follow-up advocacy for survivors, support groups, community outreach and education, and sexual assault medical advocacy. They support crisis line callers in any language, and connect survivors to local, culturally-specific resources or co-advocacy.
