We’re really excited to announce our new lease-up services for property owners. If you’re looking to rent your home in Portland, WE CAN HELP. Our leasing services include light staging if needed, high quality photos, target marketing, creating and posting online listings, fielding phone calls, arranging showings/open houses, getting applications to prospective tenants and then being the intermediary between you and them.
In addition we provide you with a list of referrals to help you prepare your home and manage applications, background checks, etc. Prior to marketing the property, we work together to set your application criteria, the rent, and pet policy. Once a qualified application has been received, you make the final decision on whether you want to enter into a lease agreement with the applicant. We’re here to help you for as long as you need us, but we don’t manage the property beyond leasing.
